Christmas catering in Singapore, before the dates go

December dates start going in from early November, and the last two weeks of the month are effectively first-come. Four to six weeks ahead is normal for a Christmas order. Booking early does not get you a better price — it gets you a wider choice of menus, which over Christmas is the thing that actually varies.

The Christmas menu for this season is on this page. Pricing is being confirmed with our partnering vendors — tell us your date, headcount and delivery address and we will come back with the figures for your order, usually the same working day. Our everyday menus also run right through the period at their normal rates, from $15 per pax at 15 people with $30 delivery.

Yes, though with fewer vendors operating and narrower delivery windows than a normal day, and it is one of the first dates to fill. If you are catering on the 25th, that date is worth confirming well ahead of the menu.

Yes. Halal menus come from Muslim-owned stalls, and halal-certified menus are available through our partnering vendors on request. Select halal in the menu planner and only halal menus are shown to you.

10 pax for a mini buffet, as it is year round. A buffet with setup starts at 30 pax on the $30 menu and higher on the cheaper festive menus — 40 pax on the $25, 45 on the $20 and 60 on the $15. Individually packed boxes are not available 1 December 2026 to 3 January 2027.

Not between 1 December 2026 and 3 January 2027. Over that period the Festive menus replace the regular buffet menus, so the Festive Western, Chinese and Malay menus are what can be ordered. The regular menus return on 4 January 2027 and can be booked now for any date from then. Outside the festive window everything runs as normal — $18 per pax at 10 people plus $30 delivery, $15 from 15, $13 from 30.

Changes are fine with at least 24 hours' notice. Over a festive period, tell us as early as you can — vendors are working at capacity, and a late increase is much harder to absorb in December than it would be in March.

From 1 December 2026 to 3 January 2027 a mini buffet carries a flat $45 delivery fee per order, at every headcount — the year-round free-delivery threshold does not apply over the festive period. A buffet with setup carries the usual $90 setup fee and no delivery fee. Remote postal codes, deliveries at 9.59am or earlier or 7.31pm or later, and venues without lift access can add a surcharge on top; every one is published and appears in your quotation before you confirm. The year-round rules return on 4 January 2027.

Mini buffet orders are drop and go: the food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag, so you can bag everything up and bin it after your event. Buffet with setup includes a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returns to collect the equipment. Individually packed boxes are not available 1 December 2026 to 3 January 2027; they return on 4 January 2027.

Yes, with more than 24 hours' notice before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
