This policy explains how Livingmenu collects, uses and protects your personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Who we are

Livingmenu is the trading name of Livingmenu SG Pte Ltd (UEN 202119283C), a multi-vendor catering solution provider based at 114 Lavender St, #11-75 CT Hub 2, Singapore 338729. In this policy, "we" and "us" refer to Livingmenu SG Pte Ltd.

What we collect

  • Enquiry details. Your name, company, email address, phone number and what you tell us when you use a form on this site, our menu planner or WhatsApp.
  • Order details. Delivery address, event date and time, headcount, dietary requirements and payment records for orders you place.
  • Website data. Pages visited, the site or advert that referred you, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address.

How we use it

  • To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and plan your menu.
  • To fulfil and deliver your order, including sharing the details needed with the food stalls, caterers and delivery partners involved.
  • To issue invoices and keep accounting records.
  • To improve the website and measure which adverts and pages bring enquiries.
  • To send you service updates about an order, and marketing messages where you have agreed to receive them.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only as needed to run the service: with the vendors preparing your food and the partners delivering it, and with service providers that operate our website, forms, messaging and analytics tools. We do not sell personal data. Some of these providers process data outside Singapore, and we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement, including Google Analytics and Google Ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may work less well if you do.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to marketing messages. Email enquiry@living.menu and we will respond within a reasonable time. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide certain services.

Keeping data safe

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last changed.
