Christmas party food, sized for the room
The two things that decide a Christmas party order are how long people will be there and whether they will be sitting down. Everything else follows from that.

Most Christmas party orders go wrong in the same two ways
The first is timing. A party that runs from six to ten is a four-hour serving window, and food that arrived hot at six is not hot at nine unless it is sitting on chafing stands. If your Christmas party has a long tail, that is the whole argument for a buffet with setup over a mini buffet.
The second is the standing-up problem. People holding a drink in one hand eat differently from people at a table: they take less per trip and come back more often, and a menu built around plated portions does not suit them. Tell us it is a standing party and we will point you at menus that work that way.
Neither of those is about the food itself. Both are worth settling before you pick a menu, because they change which format you want, and the format is the part that is hard to change late.
Sized to your headcount
From 10 pax as a mini buffet, from 30 as a full buffet with setup.
Long parties stay hot
Chafing stands hold temperature across an evening; insulated bags hold it for a couple of hours.
Halal and vegetarian
A mixed office party does not need two separate orders.
Delivered islandwide
Offices, function rooms, condo clubhouses, void decks and homes.
The Christmas menu
The Christmas menu comes in 4 levels, built with our partnering vendors. Each level is a complete spread — the higher the level, the more dishes and the more premium the mains.
It can be ordered on any date from 1 December 2026 to 3 January 2027. Over that period the Festive menus replace the regular buffet menus, which return on 4 January 2027.

- Festive period
- 1 December 2026 to 3 January 2027. During this period the Festive menus replace the regular buffet menus, and the regular menus return on 4 January 2027.
- Delivery
- A flat $45 per mini buffet order from 1 December 2026 to 3 January 2027, at every headcount. The year-round free-delivery threshold does not apply during the festive period. A buffet with setup carries the usual $90 setup fee and no delivery fee.
- Bento
- Not available from 1 December 2026 to 3 January 2027. Mini buffet and buffet with setup both run throughout, and bento returns on 4 January 2027.
- Order cutoff
- One day's notice, subject to vendor availability on your date. December dates start going in from early November, and the last two weeks of the month are effectively first-come. Four to six weeks ahead is normal.
- Changing your order
- Headcount and menu changes up to 24 hours before delivery.
- Dish changes
- Dishes can be swapped on any Festive menu, including the Chinese and Malay ones. Some swaps carry a small top-up per pax, shown when you order; on the $45 menus every swap is free.
- Halal
- Halal Festive menus are available from Muslim-owned stalls, certified on request, at the same prices.
- Surcharges
- $30 for delivery at 9.59am or earlier or 7.31pm or later. $15 for postal codes 71, 63, 09, 50 and 49. $50–$100 per level where there is no lift access.
Add-ons, ordered on top of any Christmas menu in any quantity, with the same one day's notice: Enchanted Forest Chocolate Log Cake, 900g — $58 each; Festive Roasted Whole Turkey, about 4kg — $198 each; Sliced Honey Baked Ham (halal turkey ham), 20 slices — $38 per pack; Traditional Maryland Crab Imperial in Scallop Shell, 10 pieces — $38 per box. A non-halal version of this menu is available on request — tell us when you enquire and we will send it with your quotation.
Things worth settling before you order
How long the party runs, whether people are seated, what time you actually want to eat, whether there is lift access, and whether anyone in the room needs halal or vegetarian. Those five answers get you to the right order faster than browsing menus does.
How ordering works
Book early — December sells out
Our cutoff is one day before your event, but December does not work like the rest of the year. Vendor kitchens have a fixed number of orders a day and every office is holding its party in the same fortnight, so the date going in early is what decides which menus are still open to you.
Festive mini buffet delivery $45
A flat fee per order from 1 December 2026 to 3 January 2027, at every headcount — the year-round free-delivery threshold does not apply over the festive period. Food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a table cloth and a trash bag.
Buffet delivery and setup $90
Unchanged over the festive period. One fee covers delivery, a full setup with a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returning to collect the equipment afterwards. Minimum order sizes on the $15, $20 and $25 menus are higher than they are year round.
Mini buffet and buffet only
Individually packed bento is not available 1 December 2026 to 3 January 2027 — our partnering vendors run the Festive menus as a shared spread over that period. Bento returns on 4 January 2027.
Changes up to 24 hours before
Adjust your headcount, menu or timing more than 24 hours before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
Additional charges may apply for outlying areas (Tengah, Lim Chu Kang, Tuas, Sentosa, Changi Airport and Alps Avenue), deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation before you pay. See full terms.

Frequently asked questions
How much food do I need for a Christmas party?
Order for your full headcount rather than for who you think will eat. A standing party where people graze across an evening gets through roughly as much as a seated one, just in more trips. If numbers are uncertain, ordering for the next tier up is usually cheaper per head than topping up late.
What works better for a standing Christmas party?
Food that eats easily off a small plate with one hand, and a format that holds temperature for as long as the party runs. For an evening party that means a buffet with setup rather than a mini buffet.
Can you cater a Christmas party on a weekend?
Yes. December weekends are among the first dates to fill, so weekend parties are worth confirming earlier than weekday ones.
How much does Christmas party catering cost?
The Christmas party menu for this season is on this page. Pricing is being confirmed with our partnering vendors — tell us your date, headcount and delivery address and we will come back with the figures for your order, usually the same working day. Our everyday menus also run right through the period at their normal rates, from $15 per pax at 15 people with $30 delivery.
Can a Christmas party catering be halal?
Yes. Halal menus come from Muslim-owned stalls, and halal-certified menus are available through our partnering vendors on request. Select halal in the menu planner and only halal menus are shown to you.
What if my headcount changes closer to the date?
Changes are fine with at least 24 hours' notice. Over a festive period, tell us as early as you can — vendors are working at capacity, and a late increase is much harder to absorb in December than it would be in March.
Is there a delivery fee over the festive period?
From 1 December 2026 to 3 January 2027 a mini buffet carries a flat $45 delivery fee per order, at every headcount — the year-round free-delivery threshold does not apply over the festive period. A buffet with setup carries the usual $90 setup fee and no delivery fee. Remote postal codes, deliveries at 9.59am or earlier or 7.31pm or later, and venues without lift access can add a surcharge on top; every one is published and appears in your quotation before you confirm. The year-round rules return on 4 January 2027.
What is included with the food?
Mini buffet orders are drop and go: the food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag, so you can bag everything up and bin it after your event. Buffet with setup includes a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returns to collect the equipment. Individually packed boxes are not available 1 December 2026 to 3 January 2027; they return on 4 January 2027.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, with more than 24 hours' notice before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
