Where the minimum sits, and why
A mini buffet is built around shared trays, and below about ten people the portions stop making sense — you would be paying for a spread nobody finishes. So the minimum is 10 pax, and we would rather say that plainly than quote you something that arrives wrong on Christmas Day.
For a group of six or eight, that leaves two real options. Order the 10 pax spread anyway and accept leftovers: on the everyday menus that is $18 per pax plus $30 delivery, about $210, and everything arrives in insulated bags that go straight in the fridge. Or tell us your actual number and we will quote something sized properly.
Neither is a worse answer than the other. Over Christmas, plenty of small households deliberately order the 10 pax spread because the leftovers cover Boxing Day.
10 pax is the minimum
Not a soft minimum. Below it, a shared-tray spread does not portion sensibly.

The Christmas menu
The Christmas menu comes in 4 levels, built with our partnering vendors. Each level is a complete spread — the higher the level, the more dishes and the more premium the mains.
It can be ordered on any date from 1 December 2026 to 3 January 2027. Over that period the Festive menus replace the regular buffet menus, which return on 4 January 2027.

- Festive period
- 1 December 2026 to 3 January 2027. During this period the Festive menus replace the regular buffet menus, and the regular menus return on 4 January 2027.
- Delivery
- A flat $45 per mini buffet order from 1 December 2026 to 3 January 2027, at every headcount. The year-round free-delivery threshold does not apply during the festive period. A buffet with setup carries the usual $90 setup fee and no delivery fee.
- Bento
- Not available from 1 December 2026 to 3 January 2027. Mini buffet and buffet with setup both run throughout, and bento returns on 4 January 2027.
- Order cutoff
- One day's notice, subject to vendor availability on your date. December dates start going in from early November, and the last two weeks of the month are effectively first-come. Four to six weeks ahead is normal.
- Changing your order
- Headcount and menu changes up to 24 hours before delivery.
- Dish changes
- Dishes can be swapped on any Festive menu, including the Chinese and Malay ones. Some swaps carry a small top-up per pax, shown when you order; on the $45 menus every swap is free.
- Halal
- Halal Festive menus are available from Muslim-owned stalls, certified on request, at the same prices.
- Surcharges
- $30 for delivery at 9.59am or earlier or 7.31pm or later. $15 for postal codes 71, 63, 09, 50 and 49. $50–$100 per level where there is no lift access.
Add-ons, ordered on top of any Christmas menu in any quantity, with the same one day's notice: Enchanted Forest Chocolate Log Cake, 900g — $58 each; Festive Roasted Whole Turkey, about 4kg — $198 each; Sliced Honey Baked Ham (halal turkey ham), 20 slices — $38 per pack; Traditional Maryland Crab Imperial in Scallop Shell, 10 pieces — $38 per box. A non-halal version of this menu is available on request — tell us when you enquire and we will send it with your quotation.
How ordering works
Book early — December sells out
Our cutoff is one day before your event, but December does not work like the rest of the year. Vendor kitchens have a fixed number of orders a day and every office is holding its party in the same fortnight, so the date going in early is what decides which menus are still open to you.
Festive mini buffet delivery $45
A flat fee per order from 1 December 2026 to 3 January 2027, at every headcount — the year-round free-delivery threshold does not apply over the festive period. Food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a table cloth and a trash bag.
Buffet delivery and setup $90
Unchanged over the festive period. One fee covers delivery, a full setup with a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returning to collect the equipment afterwards. Minimum order sizes on the $15, $20 and $25 menus are higher than they are year round.
Mini buffet and buffet only
Individually packed bento is not available 1 December 2026 to 3 January 2027 — our partnering vendors run the Festive menus as a shared spread over that period. Bento returns on 4 January 2027.
Changes up to 24 hours before
Adjust your headcount, menu or timing more than 24 hours before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
Additional charges may apply for outlying areas (Tengah, Lim Chu Kang, Tuas, Sentosa, Changi Airport and Alps Avenue), deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation before you pay. See full terms.

Can I order Christmas catering for 6 people?
Not as a 6 pax order. Mini buffets start at 10 pax, which on the everyday menus is about $210 including delivery. Many small groups order the 10 pax spread anyway and keep the leftovers. If you would rather not, message us with your real headcount and we will quote something sized for it.
What is the smallest Christmas order you take?
10 pax for a mini buffet. A buffet with setup starts at 30 pax on the $30 menu and higher over the festive period on the cheaper menus — 40 pax on the $25, 45 on the $20 and 60 on the $15. Individually packed boxes are not available 1 December 2026 to 3 January 2027.
Will a 10 pax spread be too much for six people?
There will be a decent amount left, yes. It comes in insulated bags that are yours to keep, so storing it is easy — over Christmas that is often the point rather than the problem.
How much does Small-group Christmas catering cost?
The Small-group Christmas menu for this season is on this page. Pricing is being confirmed with our partnering vendors — tell us your date, headcount and delivery address and we will come back with the figures for your order, usually the same working day. Our everyday menus also run right through the period at their normal rates, from $15 per pax at 15 people with $30 delivery.
Can a small Christmas gathering catering be halal?
Yes. Halal menus come from Muslim-owned stalls, and halal-certified menus are available through our partnering vendors on request. Select halal in the menu planner and only halal menus are shown to you.
Is there a delivery fee over the festive period?
From 1 December 2026 to 3 January 2027 a mini buffet carries a flat $45 delivery fee per order, at every headcount — the year-round free-delivery threshold does not apply over the festive period. A buffet with setup carries the usual $90 setup fee and no delivery fee. Remote postal codes, deliveries at 9.59am or earlier or 7.31pm or later, and venues without lift access can add a surcharge on top; every one is published and appears in your quotation before you confirm. The year-round rules return on 4 January 2027.
