These terms apply when you use this website, our menu planner and our catering services.

About us
Livingmenu is the trading name of Livingmenu SG Pte Ltd (UEN 202119283C), a multi-vendor catering solution provider based at 114 Lavender St, #11-75 CT Hub 2, Singapore 338729. We plan and coordinate catering menus, and partner with hawkers, chef-run food shops and caterers who prepare the food.
Using this website
You may use this site for your own catering enquiries. Do not copy our content, photographs or menus for commercial use, attempt to disrupt the site, or use automated tools to extract content in bulk without our written permission.
Menus, prices and availability
- Prices shown on this site and in the menu planner are indicative and depend on your headcount, menu, date and delivery location.
- Orders start from 10 pax. The lowest per-pax prices apply to larger orders.
- Dishes are subject to availability. If a dish is unavailable, we will offer a comparable replacement.
- A quotation becomes an order only once our team confirms it with you and any required payment is made.
Lead time
Our cutoff for new orders is one day before your event. Availability on popular dates is limited and slots are taken well in advance, so we recommend ordering as early as you can.
Delivery and setup
We deliver across Singapore. Delivery windows are agreed when you confirm your order. Access arrangements at your venue, such as loading bays, lifts and security clearance, are your responsibility.
The following charges normally apply, and are confirmed in your quotation before you pay:
- Mini buffet and bento delivery: $30. Free on promotional menus above $225. Mini buffet orders are delivered in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag. Nothing needs to be returned.
- Buffet with setup: $90. Covers delivery, a full setup with a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and collection of the equipment after your event.
- Outlying areas: $15 for delivery to postal codes starting 71 (Tengah, Lim Chu Kang), 63 (Tuas), 09 (Sentosa), 50 (Changi Airport) and 49 (Alps Avenue).
- Early or late delivery: $30 for deliveries at 9.59am or earlier, or 7.31pm or later.
- No lift access: $50 to $100 per level for mini buffet and buffet orders. This is usually waived if you collect at the lift lobby or ground level.
These amounts are indicative and may vary with the type of event, the headcount and how often you order. The final amount is always shown in your quotation.
Changes and cancellations
Changes to headcount, menu, timing or delivery address are usually possible with more than 24 hours' notice before the event time, subject to availability.
Within 24 hours of the event time, changes and cancellations are normally not accepted because food and manpower have already been committed. Where we do accept one, a fee of 50% to 100% of the order value may apply.
Food safety and dietary requirements
Tell us about dietary requirements, including halal, vegetarian and allergies, when you place your order, and we will do our best to accommodate them. Food is prepared in kitchens that handle a range of ingredients, so we cannot guarantee that a dish is free from any specific allergen. Food should be consumed within the time we advise on delivery.
Liability
We take reasonable care in planning, coordinating and delivering your order. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Third-party links
This site links to third-party services, including our menu planner, WhatsApp and Google. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
