The slot people over-order for
A tea break sits between two meals, and the common mistake is ordering as though it were one of them. A room that had a full lunch two hours earlier will eat a fraction of what is put out.
Tell us what came before and what comes after, and we will size it rather than scale a lunch order down.
Sized for a break
Not a scaled-down lunch. Tell us what else the room is being fed.
Delivered to the break
Your break time, not a two-hour window.
Booked with the rest of the day
Morning, lunch and afternoon planned as one schedule.
Surcharges published
Before 10am or after 7.30pm carries $30. Nothing else appears later.
Morning and afternoon are different orders
A morning break happens while people are still arriving and settling, so it wants items that hold and can be picked at over twenty minutes. An afternoon break is shorter, later and follows lunch, so it wants less of everything.
Booking both with the lunch in one order means they are planned together rather than by three different runs.
How ordering works
Book early for popular dates
Our cutoff is one day before your event. In practice, order earlier: festive periods, year-end parties and weekend slots fill up well ahead, and booking early secures both your slot and the dishes you want.
Delivery $30
For mini buffet and bento orders, islandwide, and free on promotional menus above $225.
Drop and go, nothing to return
Food arrives in insulated warmer bags that keep it hot, and the bags are yours to keep. Every set comes with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag, so you can bag everything up and bin it the moment you are done.
Changes up to 24 hours before
Adjust your headcount, menu or timing more than 24 hours before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
Additional charges may apply for outlying areas (Tengah, Lim Chu Kang, Tuas, Sentosa, Changi Airport and Alps Avenue), deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation before you pay. See full terms.

Frequently asked questions
What do you provide for a tea break?
Lighter items drawn from our menus, sized for a break rather than a meal. Tell us the time, the headcount and what else the room is being fed that day, and we will put together something proportionate.
Can a tea break be booked with lunch?
Yes, and it should be. Booked together, the timings are planned as one schedule instead of three separate deliveries.
Is there a surcharge for an early or late break?
Deliveries arriving at 9.59am or earlier, or 7.31pm or later, carry a flat $30. Everything in between is at the standard rate.
How far in advance should we book?
One day before is the latest we can take an order. We recommend booking earlier: the dates companies want most — quarter ends, year-end, festive weeks — are taken weeks ahead, and ordering early secures both the slot and the menu.
How do you handle dietary requirements in an office?
With bento, halal, vegetarian and other requirements are packed and labelled as separate boxes in the same delivery. On a shared spread, halal menus come from Muslim-owned stalls and vegetarian dishes are on the free swap list at every level. Tell us the numbers when you order.
How far in advance should I order catering?
The latest we can take an order is one day before your event. We recommend booking earlier than that: popular dates such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Christmas and the year-end party season are taken weeks ahead, and ordering early secures your slot and the dishes you want. For large events, the earlier the better.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is $30 on mini buffet orders below our promotional threshold and free on promotional menus above $225, which in practice means free from 15 pax upwards. Our bento promotional menus include delivery at every tier. Buffet with setup is $90, which covers delivery, setting up the buffet line and collecting the equipment afterwards. Additional charges may apply for outlying areas, deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation.
What is included with the food?
Mini buffet orders are drop and go: the food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag, so you can bag everything up and bin it after your event. Bento meals come individually boxed with cutlery. Buffet with setup includes a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returns to collect the equipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, with more than 24 hours' notice before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
