Early deliveries have a cost, and we publish it
Deliveries scheduled to arrive at 9.59am or earlier carry a $30 surcharge. That is not a markup on the food — it is the out-of-hours run, and it is the same $30 whether the order is for fifteen people or a hundred.
Everything else works as normal: the per-pax rates, the free swaps and the drop-and-go format are unchanged.
$30 early surcharge
Flat, for deliveries arriving at 9.59am or earlier.
Standard per-pax rates
From $15 per pax at 15 pax, $13 from 30, $10 from 75.
Boxed or shared
Individually boxed meals from 12 pax, or a shared spread from 10.

Morning menus
A breakfast order is usually built from the lighter end of the menu — rice or noodle dishes, eggs, and something fried — rather than a full lunch spread. The free swap list at each level covers most of it, so a morning menu costs the same as any other.
For a room that arrives over an hour rather than all at once, boxed meals hold better than a shared spread.
How ordering works
Book early for popular dates
Our cutoff is one day before your event. In practice, order earlier: festive periods, year-end parties and weekend slots fill up well ahead, and booking early secures both your slot and the dishes you want.
Mini buffet and bento delivery $30
Drop and go: food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag. Free on promotional menus above $225.
Buffet delivery and setup $90
One fee covers delivery, a full setup with a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returning to collect the equipment after your event.
Changes up to 24 hours before
Adjust your headcount, menu or timing more than 24 hours before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
Additional charges may apply for outlying areas (Tengah, Lim Chu Kang, Tuas, Sentosa, Changi Airport and Alps Avenue), deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation before you pay. See full terms.

Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver breakfast catering in Singapore?
Yes. Deliveries arriving at 9.59am or earlier carry a flat $30 out-of-hours surcharge; the food is priced at the standard per-pax rates.
How early can you deliver?
Tell us the time you need it in the room and we will confirm whether we can meet it for your date. The $30 surcharge applies to anything at 9.59am or earlier.
Is the surcharge per person?
No, it is flat per delivery — $30 whether the order is fifteen people or a hundred.
How far in advance should we book?
One day before is the latest we can take an order. We recommend booking earlier: the dates companies want most — quarter ends, year-end, festive weeks — are taken weeks ahead, and ordering early secures both the slot and the menu.
How do you handle dietary requirements in an office?
With bento, halal, vegetarian and other requirements are packed and labelled as separate boxes in the same delivery. On a shared spread, halal menus come from Muslim-owned stalls and vegetarian dishes are on the free swap list at every level. Tell us the numbers when you order.
How far in advance should I order catering?
The latest we can take an order is one day before your event. We recommend booking earlier than that: popular dates such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Christmas and the year-end party season are taken weeks ahead, and ordering early secures your slot and the dishes you want. For large events, the earlier the better.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is $30 on mini buffet orders below our promotional threshold and free on promotional menus above $225, which in practice means free from 15 pax upwards. Our bento promotional menus include delivery at every tier. Buffet with setup is $90, which covers delivery, setting up the buffet line and collecting the equipment afterwards. Additional charges may apply for outlying areas, deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation.
What is included with the food?
Mini buffet orders are drop and go: the food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag, so you can bag everything up and bin it after your event. Bento meals come individually boxed with cutlery. Buffet with setup includes a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returns to collect the equipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, with more than 24 hours' notice before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
