Three deliveries, one booking
A full-day session usually needs feeding three times, and the mistake is booking it as three separate orders with three separate teams planning them. Booked together, the timings are planned as one schedule.
The formats differ by slot: boxed meals for a short lunch break, a drop-off spread when the break is longer, and lighter items for morning and afternoon tea.
From $7 per pax
Boxed meals at 35 pax and above, with delivery included.
Each slot timed separately
Morning, lunch and afternoon planned as one schedule.
Boxes hold
For attendees who come out of the session late.
Dietary boxes labelled
Halal and vegetarian packed separately in the same delivery.
What each slot usually needs
Morning tea is short and people are still arriving, so it wants something that can sit out. Lunch is the one that decides whether the afternoon starts on time — boxes if the break is under forty-five minutes, a shared spread if it is longer.
The afternoon break is the one most often over-ordered. A room that had a full lunch two hours earlier will not eat much.
When attendance is uncertain
Training attendance moves. Tell us the range rather than a single figure and we will quote both ends so you can decide late rather than guess early.
Changes more than 24 hours before are fine, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food is committed.
How ordering works
Book early for popular dates
Our cutoff is one day before your event. In practice, order earlier: festive periods, year-end parties and weekend slots fill up well ahead, and booking early secures both your slot and the dishes you want.
Delivery $30
For mini buffet and bento orders, islandwide, and free on promotional menus above $225.
Individually packed, ready to hand out
Every meal comes boxed with cutlery, so there is nothing to set up and nothing to collect afterwards. Hand them out and get on with your event.
Changes up to 24 hours before
Adjust your headcount, menu or timing more than 24 hours before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
Additional charges may apply for outlying areas (Tengah, Lim Chu Kang, Tuas, Sentosa, Changi Airport and Alps Avenue), deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation before you pay. See full terms.

Frequently asked questions
How much is catering for a seminar or training day?
Boxed meals are from $7 per pax at 35 pax and above, $9 from 25, $12 from 20 and $20 from 12. A drop-off spread is $15 per pax from 15 pax. Delivery is included on all of them.
Can you deliver three times in one day?
Yes, and booked together it is planned as one schedule rather than three orders. Give us the three serving times when you book.
What if attendance is not confirmed?
Give us a range. We will quote both ends, and you can confirm the number up to 24 hours before the event.
How far in advance should we book?
One day before is the latest we can take an order. We recommend booking earlier: the dates companies want most — quarter ends, year-end, festive weeks — are taken weeks ahead, and ordering early secures both the slot and the menu.
How do you handle dietary requirements in an office?
With bento, halal, vegetarian and other requirements are packed and labelled as separate boxes in the same delivery. On a shared spread, halal menus come from Muslim-owned stalls and vegetarian dishes are on the free swap list at every level. Tell us the numbers when you order.
Can you invoice the company?
Yes. Tell us the billing entity and any PO reference when you order and the invoice is raised against it. Recurring orders can be consolidated rather than invoiced one by one.
How far in advance should I order catering?
The latest we can take an order is one day before your event. We recommend booking earlier than that: popular dates such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Christmas and the year-end party season are taken weeks ahead, and ordering early secures your slot and the dishes you want. For large events, the earlier the better.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is $30 on mini buffet orders below our promotional threshold and free on promotional menus above $225, which in practice means free from 15 pax upwards. Our bento promotional menus include delivery at every tier. Buffet with setup is $90, which covers delivery, setting up the buffet line and collecting the equipment afterwards. Additional charges may apply for outlying areas, deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation.
What is included with the food?
Mini buffet orders are drop and go: the food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag, so you can bag everything up and bin it after your event. Bento meals come individually boxed with cutlery. Buffet with setup includes a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returns to collect the equipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, with more than 24 hours' notice before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
