When food has to travel further than the room
Packed meals are the same product as our bento: a three-course meal boxed per person with cutlery. The name changes with the use — a bento at a team lunch is a packed meal on a coach, a site, a ward handover or a training day.
The reason to use them is that nothing depends on a serving point. Boxes can be handed out, left for people arriving late, carried to another floor or taken away.

In all of those the constraint is the same: the food cannot depend on everyone being in one place at one moment.
What to tell us
The headcount, the time the boxes need to be in place, the access, and the split across menu styles if the room has dietary requirements. Those four things are the whole order.
One day before is the latest we can take it. For a recurring schedule, tell us the pattern and we will set it up rather than take it order by order.

Our cutoff is one day before your event. In practice, order earlier: festive periods, year-end parties and weekend slots fill up well ahead, and booking early secures both your slot and the dishes you want.

Changes up to 24 hours before
Adjust your headcount, menu or timing more than 24 hours before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
Additional charges may apply for outlying areas (Tengah, Lim Chu Kang, Tuas, Sentosa, Changi Airport and Alps Avenue), deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation before you pay. See full terms.

What is packed meal catering?

How much are packed lunch boxes in Singapore?
From $7 per pax at 35 pax and above, with delivery included. At 25 pax it is $9, at 20 pax $12 and at 12 pax $20.
Can boxes be delivered for two different meal times?
Yes, as separate deliveries. Boxes also hold well enough that a single delivery can cover two sittings an hour or so apart — tell us the pattern and we will advise which suits your timings.
Do you deliver packed meals to worksites?
Yes, islandwide. Deliveries to Tengah, Lim Chu Kang, Tuas, Sentosa, Changi Airport and Alps Avenue carry a $15 surcharge; everywhere else is included in the rate.
What is the minimum order for bento?
Twelve. That is the minimum on our $20 menu; the lower-priced menus need more people — $12 from 20 pax, $9 from 25 and $7 from 35. The rate falls as the headcount rises rather than the other way round.
How does bento arrive?
Individually boxed, one meal per person, with cutlery. Nothing is shared out of a tray, so meals can be handed out, left for people arriving at different times, or taken away.
How far in advance should I order catering?
The latest we can take an order is one day before your event. We recommend booking earlier than that: popular dates such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Christmas and the year-end party season are taken weeks ahead, and ordering early secures your slot and the dishes you want. For large events, the earlier the better.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is $30 on mini buffet orders below our promotional threshold and free on promotional menus above $225, which in practice means free from 15 pax upwards. Our bento promotional menus include delivery at every tier. Buffet with setup is $90, which covers delivery, setting up the buffet line and collecting the equipment afterwards. Additional charges may apply for outlying areas, deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation.
What is included with the food?
Mini buffet orders are drop and go: the food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag, so you can bag everything up and bin it after your event. Bento meals come individually boxed with cutlery. Buffet with setup includes a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returns to collect the equipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, with more than 24 hours' notice before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
