No separate delivery line on a bento quote
Every bento tier includes delivery — $7, $9, $12 and $20 per pax are the whole food-and-delivery figure. There is no setup fee either, because there is nothing to set up.
What can still be added are the standard surcharges for outlying areas, unusual hours and venues without lift access. Those are published below and appear in your quotation before you confirm.
Delivery in the rate
Every bento tier, at every headcount.
No setup fee
Boxes are handed over, not set up. Nothing to collect either.
Timed to your serving window
Tell us when you want them in the room and we schedule around that.
One delivery, several menus
A mixed order arrives together, labelled by style.
When the boxes arrive
We deliver to your serving time rather than to a window. Tell us when you want the boxes in the room and we plan backwards from it.
Deliveries scheduled before 10am or after 7.30pm carry a $30 surcharge, which covers the out-of-hours run rather than the food.
Where we can take them
Boxes are trolleyed to the room you nominate where the building allows it. Venues without lift access carry $50 to $100 per level, and that is often waived if collection at the lift lobby or ground floor works for you.
Deliveries to Tengah, Lim Chu Kang, Tuas, Sentosa, Changi Airport and Alps Avenue carry a $15 surcharge.
How ordering works
Book early for popular dates
Our cutoff is one day before your event. In practice, order earlier: festive periods, year-end parties and weekend slots fill up well ahead, and booking early secures both your slot and the dishes you want.
Delivery $30
For mini buffet and bento orders, islandwide, and free on promotional menus above $225.
Individually packed, ready to hand out
Every meal comes boxed with cutlery, so there is nothing to set up and nothing to collect afterwards. Hand them out and get on with your event.
Changes up to 24 hours before
Adjust your headcount, menu or timing more than 24 hours before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
Additional charges may apply for outlying areas (Tengah, Lim Chu Kang, Tuas, Sentosa, Changi Airport and Alps Avenue), deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation before you pay. See full terms.

Frequently asked questions
Is delivery included with bento?
Yes, on every bento tier. Additional charges can apply for outlying areas, deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access; all of them appear in your quotation before you confirm.
What is the minimum for bento delivery?
Twelve boxes, on the $20 menu. The lower-priced menus need more: $12 from 20 pax, $9 from 25 and $7 from 35.
Can you deliver bento to a specific floor?
Yes, where the building allows it. If there is no lift a surcharge of $50 to $100 per level applies, often waived if we can hand over at the lift lobby or ground floor.
How far in advance do I need to order?
One day before is the latest we can take the order. We recommend ordering earlier than that, especially for popular dates, so the slot and the menu you want are both still open.
How does bento arrive?
Individually boxed, one meal per person, with cutlery. Nothing is shared out of a tray, so meals can be handed out, left for people arriving at different times, or taken away.
How far in advance should I order catering?
The latest we can take an order is one day before your event. We recommend booking earlier than that: popular dates such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Christmas and the year-end party season are taken weeks ahead, and ordering early secures your slot and the dishes you want. For large events, the earlier the better.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is $30 on mini buffet orders below our promotional threshold and free on promotional menus above $225, which in practice means free from 15 pax upwards. Our bento promotional menus include delivery at every tier. Buffet with setup is $90, which covers delivery, setting up the buffet line and collecting the equipment afterwards. Additional charges may apply for outlying areas, deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation.
What is included with the food?
Mini buffet orders are drop and go: the food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag, so you can bag everything up and bin it after your event. Bento meals come individually boxed with cutlery. Buffet with setup includes a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returns to collect the equipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, with more than 24 hours' notice before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
