The cheap tier has a headcount attached
Bento pricing runs backwards from what people expect: the cheaper the menu, the more people it needs. $7 per pax needs 35 people, $9 needs 25, $12 needs 20 and $20 needs 12.
So the honest answer to "what is your cheapest bento" is $7, with the caveat that it only exists from 35 pax upwards. Below that, the cheapest available rate steps up.

Cheapest available rate at each size
12 to 19 pax: $20 per pax. 20 to 24 pax: $12. 25 to 34 pax: $9. 35 pax and above: $7.
In totals: $240 at 12 pax, $240 at 20, $225 at 25, $245 at 35, $350 at 50 and $700 at 100.
The counts where ordering more costs less
Because each tier has a minimum, there are points where a bigger order is cheaper outright. Thirty-four boxes at $9 is $306; thirty-five at $7 is $245. Nineteen boxes at $20 is $380; twenty at $12 is $240.
If your headcount is one or two short of a tier, it is worth counting again before you confirm.

Our cutoff is one day before your event. In practice, order earlier: festive periods, year-end parties and weekend slots fill up well ahead, and booking early secures both your slot and the dishes you want.

Changes up to 24 hours before
Adjust your headcount, menu or timing more than 24 hours before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.

What is the cheapest bento catering in Singapore?
Our lowest rate is $7 per pax with delivery included, available from 35 pax. Below that the cheapest available rate is $9 from 25 pax, $12 from 20 and $20 from 12.
Why does the cheap bento need more people?
The economics of a small run. Below the minimum headcount the stall cannot produce the box at that price, so the tier does not open.
Is the $7 box smaller?
It is a three-course box like the others, with a smaller portion of the main and simpler sides. It is a proper lunch rather than a token one.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The ones that exist are $15 for outlying areas, $30 for deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and $50 to $100 per level where there is no lift. All appear in your quotation before you confirm.
What is the minimum order for bento?
Twelve. That is the minimum on our $20 menu; the lower-priced menus need more people — $12 from 20 pax, $9 from 25 and $7 from 35. The rate falls as the headcount rises rather than the other way round.
How far in advance should I order catering?
The latest we can take an order is one day before your event. We recommend booking earlier than that: popular dates such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Christmas and the year-end party season are taken weeks ahead, and ordering early secures your slot and the dishes you want. For large events, the earlier the better.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is $30 on mini buffet orders below our promotional threshold and free on promotional menus above $225, which in practice means free from 15 pax upwards. Our bento promotional menus include delivery at every tier. Buffet with setup is $90, which covers delivery, setting up the buffet line and collecting the equipment afterwards. Additional charges may apply for outlying areas, deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation.
What is included with the food?
Mini buffet orders are drop and go: the food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag, so you can bag everything up and bin it after your event. Bento meals come individually boxed with cutlery. Buffet with setup includes a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returns to collect the equipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, with more than 24 hours' notice before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
