Mini buffet for 5 pax: what we can actually do

Not as a 5 pax order. Our mini buffets start at 10 pax, which costs $18 per pax plus $30 delivery, about $210 in total. Many small groups order the 10 pax spread anyway and keep the leftovers.

10 pax for a mini buffet. Bento orders have their own minimums depending on the menu, the lowest being 12 pax. Tell us your headcount at plan.living.menu and only the menus you can actually order will be shown.

It is portioned for ten, so yes, there will be a good amount left. It comes in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, so leftovers are easy to store. If you would rather not have any, WhatsApp us and we will suggest something sized for five.

Yes. The entry-level menus carry 43 free replacement options, so you can change any dish for another at no extra cost, and paid upgrades are available if you want something more premium. Swap whatever you like before you confirm.

Yes. Halal menus come from Muslim-owned stalls, and halal-certified menus are available through our partnering vendors on request. Select halal in the menu planner and only halal menus are shown.

The latest we can take an order is one day before your event. We recommend booking earlier than that: popular dates such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Christmas and the year-end party season are taken weeks ahead, and ordering early secures your slot and the dishes you want. For large events, the earlier the better.

Delivery is $30 on mini buffet orders below our promotional threshold and free on promotional menus above $225, which in practice means free from 15 pax upwards. Our bento promotional menus include delivery at every tier. Buffet with setup is $90, which covers delivery, setting up the buffet line and collecting the equipment afterwards. Additional charges may apply for outlying areas, deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation.

Mini buffet orders are drop and go: the food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag, so you can bag everything up and bin it after your event. Bento meals come individually boxed with cutlery. Buffet with setup includes a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returns to collect the equipment.

Yes, with more than 24 hours' notice before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
