Boxed meals delivered for a meeting in a Singapore office

The break is the constraint

A meeting lunch has one real requirement: it must not eat the break. A forty-five minute agenda gap becomes twenty-five minutes if people queue, and boxed meals are the usual answer because there is no queue at all.

We deliver to your serving time rather than to a window, so the food is in the room before the break rather than during it.

  • From $7 per pax

Boxed meals at 35 pax and above, with delivery included.

  • Delivered to the minute

Tell us when the break starts; we plan backwards from it.

  • No queue

Boxes are taken, not served. Thirty people clear in two minutes.

  • Labelled dietary boxes

Halal and vegetarian boxes packed separately and marked.

Boxes or a spread

Two ways a meeting lunch arrives

Boxed: one three-course meal per person with cutlery, from $7 per pax at 35 pax, $9 from 25, $12 from 20 and $20 from 12, delivery included. Nothing to serve, nothing to clear, and boxes hold for people who come out of the room late.

A drop-off spread: shared trays in insulated warmer bags with disposable plates and serving gear, from $15 per pax at 15 pax with delivery included. More variety, and people help themselves.

All-day sessions

Two deliveries in one booking

For a full-day session, a morning tea break and a lunch can be booked together and delivered separately, each timed to its own slot.

Tell us both times when you order rather than placing two orders, so the same team plans them.

Before you order

How ordering works

  • Book early for popular dates

Our cutoff is one day before your event. In practice, order earlier: festive periods, year-end parties and weekend slots fill up well ahead, and booking early secures both your slot and the dishes you want.

  • Delivery $30

For mini buffet and bento orders, islandwide, and free on promotional menus above $225.

  • Individually packed, ready to hand out

Every meal comes boxed with cutlery, so there is nothing to set up and nothing to collect afterwards. Hand them out and get on with your event.

  • Changes up to 24 hours before

Adjust your headcount, menu or timing more than 24 hours before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.

Additional charges may apply for outlying areas (Tengah, Lim Chu Kang, Tuas, Sentosa, Changi Airport and Alps Avenue), deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation before you pay. See full terms.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much is meeting catering in Singapore?

Boxed meals from $7 per pax at 35 pax and above, $9 from 25, $12 from 20 and $20 from 12, with delivery included. A drop-off spread is $15 per pax from 15 pax.

Can you deliver exactly when our break starts?

Yes. Give us the serving time rather than a window and we plan the run backwards from it. If the agenda slips, message us — we can usually adjust a drop-off by a short margin on the day.

What works best for a short break?

Boxed meals, because nothing has to be served out. A room of thirty clears a stack of boxes in about two minutes, against ten to fifteen for a shared spread.

How do you handle dietary requirements in an office?

With bento, halal, vegetarian and other requirements are packed and labelled as separate boxes in the same delivery. On a shared spread, halal menus come from Muslim-owned stalls and vegetarian dishes are on the free swap list at every level. Tell us the numbers when you order.

How far in advance should we book?

One day before is the latest we can take an order. We recommend booking earlier: the dates companies want most — quarter ends, year-end, festive weeks — are taken weeks ahead, and ordering early secures both the slot and the menu.

Can you invoice the company?

Yes. Tell us the billing entity and any PO reference when you order and the invoice is raised against it. Recurring orders can be consolidated rather than invoiced one by one.

How far in advance should I order catering?

The latest we can take an order is one day before your event. We recommend booking earlier than that: popular dates such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Christmas and the year-end party season are taken weeks ahead, and ordering early secures your slot and the dishes you want. For large events, the earlier the better.

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery is $30 on mini buffet orders below our promotional threshold and free on promotional menus above $225, which in practice means free from 15 pax upwards. Our bento promotional menus include delivery at every tier. Buffet with setup is $90, which covers delivery, setting up the buffet line and collecting the equipment afterwards. Additional charges may apply for outlying areas, deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation.

What is included with the food?

Mini buffet orders are drop and go: the food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag, so you can bag everything up and bin it after your event. Bento meals come individually boxed with cutlery. Buffet with setup includes a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returns to collect the equipment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, with more than 24 hours' notice before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
