Where the money actually goes
Buffet-with-setup rates on the entry-level menu are $20 per pax from 30 to 44, $15 from 45 to 74, $13 from 75 to 149 and $10 from 150 upwards. On top of that sits the flat $90 setup fee, which includes delivery.
Because the setup fee is flat, it matters more at small sizes than large ones: at 30 pax it is 13% of the bill, and at 150 pax it is 6%.

What a buffet with setup actually costs
30 pax: $690. 45 pax: $765. 50 pax: $840. 75 pax: $1065. 100 pax: $1390. 150 pax: $1590. 200 pax: $2090.
Each of those includes the food, the $90 setup and the delivery. Nothing else is added unless a venue or timing surcharge applies.
Two honest ways to spend less
The first is headcount. The 45 pax break is the steepest one on the ladder: forty-five people cost $765 and forty cost $890, so five more people cost $-125 less in total. If you are at 40, check whether you are really at 45.
The second is the mini buffet format, which has no setup fee at all and starts at 10 pax. The dishes come from the same menus; what you give up is the skirted line and the warmers.
How ordering works
Book early for popular dates
Our cutoff is one day before your event. In practice, order earlier: festive periods, year-end parties and weekend slots fill up well ahead, and booking early secures both your slot and the dishes you want.
Buffet delivery and setup $90
One fee covers delivery, a full setup with a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returning to collect the equipment after your event.
Changes up to 24 hours before
Adjust your headcount, menu or timing more than 24 hours before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
Additional charges may apply for outlying areas (Tengah, Lim Chu Kang, Tuas, Sentosa, Changi Airport and Alps Avenue), deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation before you pay. See full terms.

Frequently asked questions
What is the cheapest buffet catering in Singapore?
Our lowest entry-level buffet rate is $10 per pax from 150 pax, plus the flat $90 setup fee. Below that it is $13 from 75 pax, $15 from 45 and $20 from 30.
Is the cheap menu smaller than the expensive one?
No. Every menu level carries the same number of items. What changes is how premium the dishes are and how much of the replacement catalogue is free.
Can I avoid the setup fee?
Only by ordering a mini buffet instead, which is delivered in insulated warmer bags rather than set up on a line. It has no setup fee and starts at 10 pax. The dishes come from the same menus.
Are there charges that are not on this page?
No. The ones that exist are $15 for outlying areas, $30 for deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and $50 to $100 per level where there is no lift. All appear in your quotation before you confirm.
What does the $90 buffet setup include?
A skirted buffet table with a cloth, chafing warmers to hold the food at temperature, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, our team setting the line up before your event, and a return trip to collect the equipment afterwards. Delivery is included in it.
How far in advance should I order catering?
The latest we can take an order is one day before your event. We recommend booking earlier than that: popular dates such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Christmas and the year-end party season are taken weeks ahead, and ordering early secures your slot and the dishes you want. For large events, the earlier the better.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is $30 on mini buffet orders below our promotional threshold and free on promotional menus above $225, which in practice means free from 15 pax upwards. Our bento promotional menus include delivery at every tier. Buffet with setup is $90, which covers delivery, setting up the buffet line and collecting the equipment afterwards. Additional charges may apply for outlying areas, deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation.
What is included with the food?
Mini buffet orders are drop and go: the food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag, so you can bag everything up and bin it after your event. Bento meals come individually boxed with cutlery. Buffet with setup includes a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returns to collect the equipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, with more than 24 hours' notice before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
