One fee, not a list of add-ons
Buffet setup is $90, flat, whatever the headcount. It covers a skirted buffet table with a cloth, chafing warmers to hold the food at temperature, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, our team setting the line up before your event, and a return trip afterwards to collect the equipment. Delivery is inside that fee, not on top of it.
What it does not include is service staff standing behind the line. Guests serve themselves, which is what makes the format work at every size from 30 to several hundred.

The two formats side by side
A buffet with setup arrives as a served line: skirted table, chafing warmers, our team assembling it and returning for the equipment. $90, from 30 pax.
A mini buffet arrives in insulated warmer bags with disposable serving gear, from 10 pax, with no setup fee and nothing to collect. The bags are yours to keep.
The dishes are drawn from the same menus. The difference is the presentation and who clears up.
How the timing works
Tell us when you want to start serving. We set up ahead of that, not at it, so the line is ready and the warmers are up to temperature before your first guest arrives.
Collection is arranged for after your service window. If the venue has a hard end time, say so and we will build the collection around it.
How ordering works
Book early for popular dates
Our cutoff is one day before your event. In practice, order earlier: festive periods, year-end parties and weekend slots fill up well ahead, and booking early secures both your slot and the dishes you want.
Buffet delivery and setup $90
One fee covers delivery, a full setup with a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returning to collect the equipment after your event.
Changes up to 24 hours before
Adjust your headcount, menu or timing more than 24 hours before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
Additional charges may apply for outlying areas (Tengah, Lim Chu Kang, Tuas, Sentosa, Changi Airport and Alps Avenue), deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation before you pay. See full terms.

What does the $90 buffet setup include?

Is the setup fee per table or per order?
Per order, flat at $90. If the event needs more than one station we set up more than one; the fee does not multiply.
Do you provide service staff?
Not as part of the setup fee. The buffet is self-service: guests help themselves from the line. Tell us if you need something different and we will see what our partnering vendors can do.
What is the minimum headcount for a buffet with setup?
30 pax. Our mini buffet menus, which are delivered in warmer bags rather than set up, start at 10 pax.
Is delivery charged on top of the setup fee?
No. Delivery is inside the $90. Outlying areas, deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access can still add a surcharge, and every one of those is shown in your quotation.
How far in advance should I order catering?
The latest we can take an order is one day before your event. We recommend booking earlier than that: popular dates such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Christmas and the year-end party season are taken weeks ahead, and ordering early secures your slot and the dishes you want. For large events, the earlier the better.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is $30 on mini buffet orders below our promotional threshold and free on promotional menus above $225, which in practice means free from 15 pax upwards. Our bento promotional menus include delivery at every tier. Buffet with setup is $90, which covers delivery, setting up the buffet line and collecting the equipment afterwards. Additional charges may apply for outlying areas, deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation.
What is included with the food?
Mini buffet orders are drop and go: the food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag, so you can bag everything up and bin it after your event. Bento meals come individually boxed with cutlery. Buffet with setup includes a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returns to collect the equipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, with more than 24 hours' notice before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
