The format that survives a slow morning
Most catering has a window. A hot spread holds serving temperature for a couple of hours; after that it is still food but it is not what it was. Bagels do not have that problem in the same way, which makes them unusually forgiving for a morning where people arrive across an hour or drift in from a commute.
They also need nothing from the room. No warmers, no serving gear, no plates to manage, no one refilling anything — which is why they suit an early meeting, a workshop that starts before people have eaten, or a Saturday morning event where nobody wants to be setting up a buffet at eight.
This is run through a partnering vendor and sits outside the standard menu structure, so it is quoted per order rather than priced from the rate card. One day's notice applies as usual, and delivery at 9.59am or earlier carries the $30 surcharge — worth knowing for an early morning, and worth building into the timing rather than paying.

Ordering bagel catering
Quoted per order, outside the standard menu structure.
- How it is priced
- Bagel catering sits outside the standard menu structure and is quoted per order. The price depends on the partnering vendor, how long it runs and what the venue allows.
- Getting a price
- Send the date, the headcount, the venue and how long you need it running. A specialist comes back with options and prices, usually the same working day.
- Lead time
- One day's notice, subject to vendor availability on your date.
- Same-day orders
- Not something we promise in advance, but we do try. Message us and a specialist will check what is open and come back either way.
- Early delivery
- Delivery between 10am and 7.30pm carries no surcharge. At 9.59am or earlier it is $30, which catches a lot of breakfast orders — a 10am drop for a 10.30 start avoids it.
- Changing your order
- Up to 24 hours before delivery.
- What we can price today
- A mini buffet is $18 per pax plus $30 delivery at 10–14 pax, $15 with delivery free from 15, $13 from 30 and $10 from 75. Published, and it does not move.
- Halal
- Halal options are available. Halal menus come from Muslim-owned stalls; certified options through our partnering vendors on request.
- Surcharges
- $30 for delivery at 9.59am or earlier or 7.31pm or later. $15 for postal codes 71, 63, 09, 50 and 49. $50–$100 per level where there is no lift access.
How ordering works
Book early for popular dates
Our cutoff is one day before your event. In practice, order earlier: festive periods, year-end parties and weekend slots fill up well ahead, and booking early secures both your slot and the dishes you want.
Mini buffet and bento delivery $30
Drop and go: food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag. Free on promotional menus above $225.
Buffet delivery and setup $90
One fee covers delivery, a full setup with a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returning to collect the equipment after your event.
Changes up to 24 hours before
Adjust your headcount, menu or timing more than 24 hours before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
Additional charges may apply for outlying areas (Tengah, Lim Chu Kang, Tuas, Sentosa, Changi Airport and Alps Avenue), deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation before you pay. See full terms.

Frequently asked questions
Do you do bagel catering in Singapore?
Yes, through a partnering vendor. It is quoted per order rather than priced from our published rate card, because it sits outside the standard menu structure.
Why bagels rather than a hot breakfast spread?
Because they hold. A hot spread has a serving window of a couple of hours; bagels do not race against one in the same way, which suits a morning where people arrive across an hour. They also need no warmers, serving gear or anyone refilling.
Is there a surcharge for early morning delivery?
$30 at 9.59am or earlier. Delivery between 10am and 7.30pm carries none, so a 10am drop for a 10.30 start avoids it.
How do I get a price?
Send the date, the headcount, the venue and how long you need it running, either through the planner or on WhatsApp. A specialist comes back with options and prices, usually the same working day.
How much notice do you need?
One day, subject to vendor availability on your date. Most catering in Singapore asks for three to five working days. Same-day orders are not something we can promise in advance, but we do try to make them happen. Message us with the date, the headcount and where it is going, and a specialist will check what is open and come back to you either way.
Can it be halal?
Halal options are available. Halal menus come from Muslim-owned stalls, and halal-certified options are available through our partnering vendors on request. Tell us when you enquire if the certificate is needed on file.
How far in advance should I order catering?
The latest we can take an order is one day before your event. We recommend booking earlier than that: popular dates such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Christmas and the year-end party season are taken weeks ahead, and ordering early secures your slot and the dishes you want. For large events, the earlier the better.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is free on mini buffet and bento orders of $225 or more before GST. Below that it is $30, and a 10 pax order always carries the fee whatever the order comes to. On the entry-level mini buffet menus $225 is reached at 15 pax. A buffet with setup instead carries a $90 setup fee, charged once per order, which covers delivery, laying out the buffet line and collecting the equipment afterwards. Remote postal codes, deliveries at 9.59am or earlier or 7.31pm or later, and venues without lift access can add a surcharge on top; every one is published and appears in your quotation before you confirm.
What is included with the food?
Mini buffet orders are drop and go: the food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag, so you can bag everything up and bin it after your event. Bento meals come individually boxed with cutlery. Buffet with setup includes a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returns to collect the equipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, with more than 24 hours' notice before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
