Catering trays delivered in insulated bags for a small afternoon gathering in Singapore

Small, and deliberately simple

"Mini" here is about the service rather than the portions. A mini high tea is dropped off ready to put out on whatever table you already have, instead of a crew arriving to lay one out. No setup fee, no equipment to return, no one else in the room.

That is the right shape for most afternoon things: a team meeting that runs into the afternoon, a small celebration at home, a committee that meets at four. The moment you want the table itself to look staged, you are into a laid-out buffet and its $90 setup fee — a real cost and a real difference.

High tea is quoted per order through partnering vendors, so tell us the headcount and the date and the options come back with prices attached, usually the same working day.

  • No setup fee

Drop-off orders do not carry the $90 charge.

  • Nothing to return

On our own drop-off spreads the insulated bags are yours to keep.

  • Quoted per order

Options and prices, usually the same working day.

  • One day's notice

Subject to vendor availability on your date.

What it costs and when to order

Ordering a mini high tea

Fixed facts first; the food itself is quoted.

How it is priced
A mini high tea is quoted per order rather than from a published rate card. The price depends on which partnering vendor makes it and what goes on the table, so we put the quote in front of you before anything is committed.
Getting a price
Send the date, the headcount, the delivery address and roughly what you want on the table. A specialist comes back with options and prices, usually the same working day.
Lead time
One day's notice, subject to vendor availability on your date.
Same-day orders
Not something we promise in advance, but we do try. Message us with the date, the headcount and the address, and a specialist will check what is open and come back either way.
Setup fee
None on drop-off. A laid-out table is $90, charged once per order.
What we can price today
A mini buffet — shared trays delivered in insulated warmer bags — is $18 per pax plus $30 delivery at 10–14 pax, $15 with delivery free from 15, $13 from 30 and $10 from 75. Published, and it does not move.
Changing your order
Up to 24 hours before delivery.
Halal
Halal options are available at the same price. Halal menus come from Muslim-owned stalls, and halal-certified options are available through our partnering vendors on request.
Surcharges
$30 for delivery at 9.59am or earlier or 7.31pm or later. $15 for postal codes 71, 63, 09, 50 and 49. $50–$100 per level where there is no lift access.
Before you order

How ordering works

  • Book early for popular dates

Our cutoff is one day before your event. In practice, order earlier: festive periods, year-end parties and weekend slots fill up well ahead, and booking early secures both your slot and the dishes you want.

  • Mini buffet and bento delivery $30

Drop and go: food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag. Free on promotional menus above $225.

  • Buffet delivery and setup $90

One fee covers delivery, a full setup with a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returning to collect the equipment after your event.

  • Changes up to 24 hours before

Adjust your headcount, menu or timing more than 24 hours before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.

Additional charges may apply for outlying areas (Tengah, Lim Chu Kang, Tuas, Sentosa, Changi Airport and Alps Avenue), deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation before you pay. See full terms.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is a mini high tea?

A small afternoon spread delivered ready to put out yourself, rather than laid out on site by a crew. It carries no setup fee and nothing is collected afterwards.

Is a mini high tea cheaper than a high tea buffet?

The service around it is — there is no $90 setup fee and no collection trip. The food itself is quoted per order either way, so the saving is the setup, not the spread.

How do I get a price?

Send the date, the headcount, the delivery address and roughly what you want on the table, either through the planner or on WhatsApp. A specialist comes back with vendor options and prices, usually the same working day.

How much notice do you need?

One day, subject to vendor availability on your date. Most catering in Singapore asks for three to five working days. Same-day orders are not something we promise in advance, but we do try to make them happen — message us and a specialist will check what is open.

Can it be halal?

Yes. Halal menus come from Muslim-owned stalls, and halal-certified options are available through our partnering vendors on request. Select halal in the planner and only halal options are shown.

Do I need to return anything?

On a drop-off order, no — the insulated warmer bags are yours to keep and everything else is disposable. A setup with chafing stands uses equipment that is collected afterwards.

How far in advance should I order catering?

The latest we can take an order is one day before your event. We recommend booking earlier than that: popular dates such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Christmas and the year-end party season are taken weeks ahead, and ordering early secures your slot and the dishes you want. For large events, the earlier the better.

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery is free on mini buffet and bento orders of $225 or more before GST. Below that it is $30, and a 10 pax order always carries the fee whatever the order comes to. On the entry-level mini buffet menus $225 is reached at 15 pax. A buffet with setup instead carries a $90 setup fee, charged once per order, which covers delivery, laying out the buffet line and collecting the equipment afterwards. Remote postal codes, deliveries at 9.59am or earlier or 7.31pm or later, and venues without lift access can add a surcharge on top; every one is published and appears in your quotation before you confirm.

What is included with the food?

Mini buffet orders are drop and go: the food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag, so you can bag everything up and bin it after your event. Bento meals come individually boxed with cutlery. Buffet with setup includes a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returns to collect the equipment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, with more than 24 hours' notice before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
