The rule is headcount, and it is the same at every menu level

A mini buffet is delivered free from 30 pax up. From 10 to 29 pax it carries a $30 delivery fee. That is the whole rule for a mini buffet — it does not change with the menu level, and there is no order value to calculate.

Bento is different and worth stating plainly rather than leaving to be discovered: it carries the $30 delivery fee at every headcount, with no free band at all. A bento order for a hundred people pays the same $30 as one for twelve.

A buffet with setup works differently again and should not be read as free. It carries a $90 setup fee, charged once per order whatever the headcount, and that fee covers delivery, laying out the buffet line and collecting the equipment afterwards. One charge, three things — but it is a charge.

Three surcharges can still apply, and they are published rather than sprung: $30 for delivery at 9.59am or earlier or 7.31pm or later, $15 for postal codes 71, 63, 09, 50 and 49, and $50–$100 per level where there is no lift access. The last is the only one that ever surprises anybody, and the fix is simple: tell us about the lift when you order rather than letting a driver discover it with a stack of trays. Same for guardhouse entry, loading bays and security passes.

Over the festive period the rule changes: from 1 December 2026 to 3 January 2027 every mini buffet order carries a flat $45 delivery fee at every headcount, and the free band above 30 pax does not apply. It returns on 4 January 2027.

What arrives on a drop-off order: the food in trays inside insulated warmer bags, plus disposable plates, bowls, cutlery, serving gear, a table cloth and a trash bag. It holds serving temperature comfortably for a couple of hours, nothing is collected afterwards, and the bags are yours to keep.

Before you order

How ordering works

  • Book early for popular dates

Our cutoff is one day before your event. In practice, order earlier: festive periods, year-end parties and weekend slots fill up well ahead, and booking early secures both your slot and the dishes you want.

  • Mini buffet and bento delivery $30

Drop and go: food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag. Mini buffet delivery is free from 30 pax; bento is $30 at every headcount.

  • Buffet delivery and setup $90

One fee covers delivery, a full setup with a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returning to collect the equipment after your event.

  • Changes up to 24 hours before

Adjust your headcount, menu or timing more than 24 hours before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.

Additional charges may apply for outlying areas (Tengah, Lim Chu Kang, Tuas, Sentosa, Changi Airport and Alps Avenue), deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation before you pay. See full terms.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is delivery free?

On a mini buffet, yes from 30 pax up. From 10 to 29 pax a mini buffet carries a $30 delivery fee. Bento carries $30 at every headcount. A buffet with setup has no delivery fee and instead carries a $90 setup fee, charged once per order whatever the headcount, which covers delivery, laying out the buffet line and collecting the equipment afterwards. Remote postal codes, deliveries at 9.59am or earlier or 7.31pm or later, and venues without lift access can add a surcharge on top; every one is published and appears in your quotation before you confirm.

What is the minimum order for free delivery?

30 pax on a mini buffet. From 10 to 29 pax a mini buffet carries the $30 fee, whatever the menu level. Bento carries $30 at every headcount, so there is no free band on bento at all.

Is there a delivery charge on a buffet with setup?

A buffet with setup carries a $90 setup fee charged once per order, whatever the headcount. That single fee covers delivery, laying out the buffet line and collecting the equipment afterwards. Buffet with setup starts at 30 pax.

How is the food kept hot in transit?

In insulated warmer bags, which hold serving temperature comfortably for a couple of hours after delivery. Nothing is collected afterwards and the bags are yours to keep.

Do you deliver islandwide?

Yes. Postal codes 71, 63, 09, 50 and 49 carry a $15 surcharge; everywhere else is standard.

What is the minimum order?

10 pax for a mini buffet, 30 pax for a buffet with setup, and 12 pax for bento depending on the menu. Bento minimums run backwards — the cheaper the menu, the more people it needs.

How much notice do you need?

One day, subject to vendor availability on your date. Most catering in Singapore asks for three to five working days. Same-day orders are not something we can promise in advance, but we do try to make them happen. Message us with the date, the headcount and where it is going, and a specialist will check what is open and come back to you either way.

Is halal catering more expensive?

No. Halal menus are priced exactly the same as every other menu. They come from Muslim-owned stalls, and halal-certified options are available through our partnering vendors on request.

How far in advance should I order catering?

The latest we can take an order is one day before your event. We recommend booking earlier than that: popular dates such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Christmas and the year-end party season are taken weeks ahead, and ordering early secures your slot and the dishes you want. For large events, the earlier the better.

Is there a delivery fee?

On a mini buffet, delivery is free from 30 pax up and $30 from 10 to 29 pax. Bento carries $30 at every headcount. A buffet with setup has no delivery fee and instead carries a $90 setup fee, charged once per order, which covers delivery, laying out the buffet line and collecting the equipment afterwards. Remote postal codes, deliveries at 9.59am or earlier or 7.31pm or later, and venues without lift access can add a surcharge on top; every one is published and appears in your quotation before you confirm.

What is included with the food?

Mini buffet orders are drop and go: the food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag, so you can bag everything up and bin it after your event. Bento meals come individually boxed with cutlery. Buffet with setup includes a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returns to collect the equipment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, with more than 24 hours' notice before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
