Past 75, the rate drops again
The buffet rate steps down to $13 per pax at 75. Eighty people on the entry-level menu is $1040 for the food and $90 for the setup, so $1130 in total.
At this size the practical question is queue length rather than price. We usually set up a double-sided line or two stations so eighty people are served in one sitting instead of three.
$13 per pax
The 75 pax tier. $1130 in total for eighty, including setup.
Two-sided service
The line can be set up to serve from both sides so the queue halves.
Warmers throughout
Chafing warmers on every tray hold temperature across a longer service.
Collected afterwards
Our team returns for the table, warmers and serving gear.

43 free swaps at the entry level, rising to 88 on the $30 and $45 menus.
Eighty people through one line
A single-sided buffet line serves roughly forty to fifty people comfortably in one go. At eighty, we either set the table so guests can serve from both sides, or split into two shorter stations at opposite ends of the room.
Tell us the room and the time you have, and we will set it up the way that fits rather than defaulting to one long table.
How ordering works
Book early for popular dates
Our cutoff is one day before your event. In practice, order earlier: festive periods, year-end parties and weekend slots fill up well ahead, and booking early secures both your slot and the dishes you want.
Buffet delivery and setup $90
One fee covers delivery, a full setup with a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returning to collect the equipment after your event.
Changes up to 24 hours before
Adjust your headcount, menu or timing more than 24 hours before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
Additional charges may apply for outlying areas (Tengah, Lim Chu Kang, Tuas, Sentosa, Changi Airport and Alps Avenue), deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation before you pay. See full terms.

Frequently asked questions
How much is buffet catering for 80 pax?
From $13 per pax plus the $90 setup fee, so $1130 in total with delivery included.
How long does it take to serve 80 people?
From a double-sided line or two stations, usually twenty to thirty minutes. From a single-sided line it is closer to forty-five. We set it up for the room and the time you have.
Does the rate drop again above 80?
Not until 150 pax, where the entry-level rate falls to $10 per pax. The $13 rate holds from 75 to 149.
What does the $90 buffet setup include?
A skirted buffet table with a cloth, chafing warmers to hold the food at temperature, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, our team setting the line up before your event, and a return trip to collect the equipment afterwards. Delivery is included in it.
Can the buffet be halal?
Yes. Halal menus come from Muslim-owned stalls, and halal-certified menus are available through our partnering vendors on request. Select halal in the menu planner and only halal menus are shown.
How far in advance should I order catering?
The latest we can take an order is one day before your event. We recommend booking earlier than that: popular dates such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Christmas and the year-end party season are taken weeks ahead, and ordering early secures your slot and the dishes you want. For large events, the earlier the better.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is $30 on mini buffet orders below our promotional threshold and free on promotional menus above $225, which in practice means free from 15 pax upwards. Our bento promotional menus include delivery at every tier. Buffet with setup is $90, which covers delivery, setting up the buffet line and collecting the equipment afterwards. Additional charges may apply for outlying areas, deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation.
What is included with the food?
Mini buffet orders are drop and go: the food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag, so you can bag everything up and bin it after your event. Bento meals come individually boxed with cutlery. Buffet with setup includes a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returns to collect the equipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, with more than 24 hours' notice before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
