From 35 pax the $7 menu is available, and it does not go lower. Fifty three-course bentos cost $350 with delivery included.
At this size the boxes usually go out on a table or trolley and people take one as they pass, which is why bento tends to be the format for shift handovers, training days and events with a moving crowd.

A fifty-box order does not have to be fifty identical boxes. Splitting it — say forty Chinese and ten halal Malay — means the dietary requirements in the room are covered without a second order or a second delivery.

Our cutoff is one day before your event. In practice, order earlier: festive periods, year-end parties and weekend slots fill up well ahead, and booking early secures both your slot and the dishes you want.

Every meal comes boxed with cutlery, so there is nothing to set up and nothing to collect afterwards. Hand them out and get on with your event.
Changes up to 24 hours before
Adjust your headcount, menu or timing more than 24 hours before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
Additional charges may apply for outlying areas (Tengah, Lim Chu Kang, Tuas, Sentosa, Changi Airport and Alps Avenue), deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation before you pay. See full terms.

Does the price fall further above 50?
No. $7 per pax is our lowest bento rate and it applies from 35 pax upwards.
How does bento arrive?
Individually boxed, one meal per person, with cutlery. Nothing is shared out of a tray, so meals can be handed out, left for people arriving at different times, or taken away.
Do you have halal bento?
Yes. Halal Malay and halal Western bento menus come from Muslim-owned stalls, and halal-certified menus are available through our partnering vendors on request.
Is delivery included with bento?
Yes, on every bento tier. Additional charges can apply for outlying areas, deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access; all of them appear in your quotation before you confirm.
How far in advance should I order catering?
The latest we can take an order is one day before your event. We recommend booking earlier than that: popular dates such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Christmas and the year-end party season are taken weeks ahead, and ordering early secures your slot and the dishes you want. For large events, the earlier the better.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is $30 on mini buffet orders below our promotional threshold and free on promotional menus above $225, which in practice means free from 15 pax upwards. Our bento promotional menus include delivery at every tier. Buffet with setup is $90, which covers delivery, setting up the buffet line and collecting the equipment afterwards. Additional charges may apply for outlying areas, deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation.
What is included with the food?
Mini buffet orders are drop and go: the food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag, so you can bag everything up and bin it after your event. Bento meals come individually boxed with cutlery. Buffet with setup includes a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returns to collect the equipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, with more than 24 hours' notice before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
