Covering the room in one order
At a hundred people there will be halal, vegetarian and no-pork requirements in the room. Splitting the order across our menu styles handles all of them in the same delivery, with the boxes labelled.
Halal bento comes from Muslim-owned stalls, with halal-certified menus available through our partnering vendors on request. Vegetarian bento is arranged on request at the same per-pax levels.

Changes up to 24 hours before
Adjust your headcount, menu or timing more than 24 hours before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.

How are a hundred boxes delivered?
Stacked and trolleyed to the room you nominate. Tell us the access — lift, loading bay, which floor — and the time you want them there, and we plan the drop around it.
Can I have halal and non-halal boxes in the same order?
Yes. They are packed and labelled separately, from separate stalls. Tell us the numbers for each when you order.
How does bento arrive?
Individually boxed, one meal per person, with cutlery. Nothing is shared out of a tray, so meals can be handed out, left for people arriving at different times, or taken away.
Is delivery included with bento?
Yes, on every bento tier. Additional charges can apply for outlying areas, deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access; all of them appear in your quotation before you confirm.
How far in advance should I order catering?
The latest we can take an order is one day before your event. We recommend booking earlier than that: popular dates such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Christmas and the year-end party season are taken weeks ahead, and ordering early secures your slot and the dishes you want. For large events, the earlier the better.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is $30 on mini buffet orders below our promotional threshold and free on promotional menus above $225, which in practice means free from 15 pax upwards. Our bento promotional menus include delivery at every tier. Buffet with setup is $90, which covers delivery, setting up the buffet line and collecting the equipment afterwards. Additional charges may apply for outlying areas, deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation.
What is included with the food?
Mini buffet orders are drop and go: the food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag, so you can bag everything up and bin it after your event. Bento meals come individually boxed with cutlery. Buffet with setup includes a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returns to collect the equipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, with more than 24 hours' notice before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
