Refreshment catering in Singapore
"Refreshments" covers anything from a coffee urn to a light spread, which is why a request using the word alone rarely gets a usable quote first time.

The word covers too much
This is one of the few pages on the site where the most useful thing we can do is help you ask a better question. "Refreshments" is used in Singapore to mean anything from drinks alone, to drinks and something small, to a light spread that is effectively a meal. Three quite different orders, one word.
So a request for refreshments usually comes back as a question rather than a quote, which costs a day. Say instead what the room is doing: a break in a programme, an all-day desk setup that needs restocking, an arrival before a session starts. That describes the order precisely enough to price.
Whatever shape it takes, the fixed parts are the same — one day's notice, changes up to 24 hours before, delivery free between 10am and 7.30pm. Those do not vary with the interpretation.
Say what the room is doing
It describes the order better than the word does.
Quoted per order
Options and prices usually back the same working day.
Free 10am–7.30pm
$30 outside that window, either end.
One day's notice
Subject to vendor availability on your date.
Ordering refreshments
Fixed whatever shape the order takes.
- How it is priced
- Refreshments is quoted per order rather than from a published rate card. The price depends on which partnering vendor makes it and what goes on the table, so we put the quote in front of you before anything is committed.
- Getting a price
- Send the date, the headcount, the delivery address and roughly what you want on the table. A specialist comes back with options and prices, usually the same working day.
- Lead time
- One day's notice, subject to vendor availability on your date.
- Same-day orders
- Not something we promise in advance, but we do try. Message us with the date, the headcount and the address, and a specialist will check what is open and come back either way.
- What we can price today
- A mini buffet — shared trays delivered in insulated warmer bags — is $18 per pax plus $30 delivery at 10–14 pax, $15 with delivery free from 15, $13 from 30 and $10 from 75. Published, and it does not move.
- Changing your order
- Up to 24 hours before delivery.
- Halal
- Halal options are available at the same price. Halal menus come from Muslim-owned stalls, and halal-certified options are available through our partnering vendors on request.
- Surcharges
- $30 for delivery at 9.59am or earlier or 7.31pm or later. $15 for postal codes 71, 63, 09, 50 and 49. $50–$100 per level where there is no lift access.
How ordering works
Book early for popular dates
Our cutoff is one day before your event. In practice, order earlier: festive periods, year-end parties and weekend slots fill up well ahead, and booking early secures both your slot and the dishes you want.
Mini buffet and bento delivery $30
Drop and go: food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag. Free on promotional menus above $225.
Buffet delivery and setup $90
One fee covers delivery, a full setup with a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returning to collect the equipment after your event.
Changes up to 24 hours before
Adjust your headcount, menu or timing more than 24 hours before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
Additional charges may apply for outlying areas (Tengah, Lim Chu Kang, Tuas, Sentosa, Changi Airport and Alps Avenue), deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation before you pay. See full terms.

Frequently asked questions
What does refreshment catering include?
It depends entirely on what you mean by it — in Singapore the word is used for drinks alone, drinks with something small, and a light spread that is effectively a meal. Describing what the room is doing (a programme break, an all-day desk setup, an arrival) gets a usable quote faster than the word does.
Do you provide drinks?
Drinks are available through our partnering vendors and are quoted with the rest of the order. Tell us roughly what you want and it comes back in the same quote.
How do I get a price?
Send the date, the headcount, the delivery address and roughly what you want on the table, either through the planner or on WhatsApp. A specialist comes back with vendor options and prices, usually the same working day.
How much notice do you need?
One day, subject to vendor availability on your date. Most catering in Singapore asks for three to five working days. Same-day orders are not something we promise in advance, but we do try to make them happen — message us and a specialist will check what is open.
Can it be halal?
Yes. Halal menus come from Muslim-owned stalls, and halal-certified options are available through our partnering vendors on request. Select halal in the planner and only halal options are shown.
How far in advance should I order catering?
The latest we can take an order is one day before your event. We recommend booking earlier than that: popular dates such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Christmas and the year-end party season are taken weeks ahead, and ordering early secures your slot and the dishes you want. For large events, the earlier the better.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is free on mini buffet and bento orders of $225 or more before GST. Below that it is $30, and a 10 pax order always carries the fee whatever the order comes to. On the entry-level mini buffet menus $225 is reached at 15 pax. A buffet with setup instead carries a $90 setup fee, charged once per order, which covers delivery, laying out the buffet line and collecting the equipment afterwards. Remote postal codes, deliveries at 9.59am or earlier or 7.31pm or later, and venues without lift access can add a surcharge on top; every one is published and appears in your quotation before you confirm.
What is included with the food?
Mini buffet orders are drop and go: the food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag, so you can bag everything up and bin it after your event. Bento meals come individually boxed with cutlery. Buffet with setup includes a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returns to collect the equipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, with more than 24 hours' notice before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
