Chicken rice is the menu we suggest when a room has no strong opinion and you do not want to run a poll. Almost nobody dislikes it, and it travels well in a box, which is not true of every dish.
It is available at all four bento levels: $7 from 35 pax, $9 from 25, $12 from 20 and $20 from 12, with delivery included on every one.

What the price levels change
The higher levels are not bigger boxes so much as better ones: a larger portion of chicken, a second side, and cuts that cost more. The $7 box is a proper lunch; the $20 box is something you would serve a client.

Our cutoff is one day before your event. In practice, order earlier: festive periods, year-end parties and weekend slots fill up well ahead, and booking early secures both your slot and the dishes you want.

Individually packed, ready to hand out
Every meal comes boxed with cutlery, so there is nothing to set up and nothing to collect afterwards. Hand them out and get on with your event.
Changes up to 24 hours before
Adjust your headcount, menu or timing more than 24 hours before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.

How much is chicken rice bento in Singapore?
From $7 per pax at 35 pax and above, with delivery included. At 25 pax it is $9, at 20 pax $12 and at 12 pax $20.
Is the chicken rice bento halal?
The chicken rice menu is not one of our halal menus. For halal boxes, our halal Malay and halal Western bento menus come from Muslim-owned stalls, with halal-certified menus available through our partnering vendors on request.
Does chicken rice hold up in a box?
Better than most dishes, which is part of why it is our most-ordered bento style. The rice does not go claggy and the chicken does not dry out over a normal delivery and serving window.
What is the minimum order for bento?
Twelve. That is the minimum on our $20 menu; the lower-priced menus need more people — $12 from 20 pax, $9 from 25 and $7 from 35. The rate falls as the headcount rises rather than the other way round.
How does bento arrive?
Individually boxed, one meal per person, with cutlery. Nothing is shared out of a tray, so meals can be handed out, left for people arriving at different times, or taken away.
Is delivery included with bento?
Yes, on every bento tier. Additional charges can apply for outlying areas, deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access; all of them appear in your quotation before you confirm.
How far in advance should I order catering?
The latest we can take an order is one day before your event. We recommend booking earlier than that: popular dates such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Christmas and the year-end party season are taken weeks ahead, and ordering early secures your slot and the dishes you want. For large events, the earlier the better.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is $30 on mini buffet orders below our promotional threshold and free on promotional menus above $225, which in practice means free from 15 pax upwards. Our bento promotional menus include delivery at every tier. Buffet with setup is $90, which covers delivery, setting up the buffet line and collecting the equipment afterwards. Additional charges may apply for outlying areas, deliveries before 10am or after 7.30pm, and venues without lift access. Every charge is confirmed in your quotation.
What is included with the food?
Mini buffet orders are drop and go: the food arrives in insulated warmer bags that are yours to keep, with serving gear, cutlery, plates, bowls, a disposable table cloth and a trash bag, so you can bag everything up and bin it after your event. Bento meals come individually boxed with cutlery. Buffet with setup includes a skirted table and cloth, warmers, serving gear, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins, and our team returns to collect the equipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, with more than 24 hours' notice before your event, subject to availability. Within 24 hours the food and manpower are already committed, so changes and cancellations are normally not accepted and a fee of 50% to 100% of the order may apply.
