About the Dish Designer
Susan is a self-taught and adventurous cook who aims to create healthy and delicious food for her loved ones. This dish uses no oil but tastes extremely flavourful using only fresh fish seasoned in a concoction of ingredients like shallots, laksa leaves, lemongrass and torched ginger. Having grown up in Malaysia, this dish brings back fond memories of her childhood and grandmother. It is authentic, unique and cannot be found easily in restaurants.
