About the Dish Designer
Growing up, Linda would help her mother in the kitchen, preparing the mise-en-place for family dinners. Decades later, Linda now has more than 30 years of cooking experience and 2 years of formal culinary training under her belt. With a passion for homegrown herbs and local traditional flavours, Linda whips up dishes that are inspired by the food cultures of Singapore and Malaysia. She creates herbaceous dishes using local ingredients that are an appetising blend of sweet, tangy and spicy, paired with her homemade sauces.
